This role is an exciting opportunity for a project administrator to join our small team which will have responsibility for managing administrative process and providing administrative support across a number of projects and programmes.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with a positive, can-do attitude who has great attention to detail, with strong IT skills, and who enjoys providing excellent customer service. They will be someone with experience of managing administrative processes in large and/or complex organisations, who is comfortable liaising with senior leaders, and who has a real interest in leadership development.
We support the Archbishops of Canterbury and York in their responsibilities for appointments to senior roles and for ensuring that senior clergy are equipped for the Church of England’s significant missional challenges and for the vital role it plays in the life of the nation. Effective administration is crucial to the successful implementation of our areas of activity.
This post is based in London but will require occasional travel to other parts of England with the possibility of overnight stays.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, subject to a 3 month probationary period.

Our work involves supporting senior clergy across the Church of England, as well supporting the development of future leadership through a Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP). We also lead on other development initiatives such as the co-ordination of Ministerial Development Reviews (MDRs) for Diocesan Bishops.
