Role: Talent Partner
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
My client, a high-growth Consultancy firm in Canary Wharf, are looking for a Talent Partner to join their People team in London. With growth at the forefront of their plans across there global offices, they need a strong Talent Partner who can work closely alongside their HR Director and head up recruitment across the business.
The role will be a real mixture of both delivery and strategy, with the recruitment revolving around niche and specialist positions. Therefore a reactive approach to recruitment is key, with proven ability to build a strong pipeline and communicate across the business for future needs. You will also be responsible for putting in place their graduate and apprenticeship schemes, so experience in doing so is highly beneficial.
You must be comfortable finding talent via multiple channels, including; job boards, referrals, social media and headhunting, as well as using agencies and building key relationships. Developing strong talent communities within this particular market is key to securing the business the very best people.
With their international presence growing, they need someone who has knowledge of work permits and visas across multiple locations. Creating the very best candidate experience is key for their growth and brand, so being able to do so across all offices is key.
They need someone who is able to come in and look at the entire recruitment strategy from metrics, candidate experiences, time to hire and their current recruitment process. With mass growth plans this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really make their mark and be part of building and improving an already well-established business. Talent attraction and acquisition is currently a big focus for them, as well as improving their onboarding process and looking at their retention.
