A leading employer of choice based in Royston, south Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire border is looking to recruit a HR Services Team Leader who will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the HR services team, delivering consistent first line manager support and efficient HR processes that help to enhance business performance.

You will be a natural people manager who is able to lead, motivate and coach your own HR services team. Leading by example, you will be able to answer HR queries based on policy, process, employee relations, payroll and reporting and absence management etc.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD and degree educated, ideally with experience in a similar role as a HR Manager / Operational Team Leader. Proven experience of working within a changing organisation, ideally matrix is essential for this role combined with your excellent man-management skills.
