HR Shared Service Manager
A world leading real estate company is looking for a HR Services Manager to manage their shared service team across 3 offices. Previous generalist HR experience, team management, and experience in a matrixed organisation is essential to be considered for this role.
-Have responsibility for the performance and motivation of the HR Shared Service team, who in turn deliver a transactional service to the business
-Responsible for employee lifecycle documentation and authorisation
-Suggest and implement process improvements that will contribute to more efficient working practices - be a Subject Matter expert for all operational aspects HR processes
-Demonstrate employee relations knowledge and expertise to the team, and wider business, as appropriate
-Comfortable with complex matrix structures
-Team manager with a strong desire to achieve high team performance through strong work ethics and respect
-HR Shared Services experience and HR process implementation (ideally Workday or equivalent)
