HR Advisor - Banking
An international bank with Headquarters in London are currently searching for an HR Advisor to join their team. Supporting the HRBP team as an Advisor, you will be looking at strategy, policy, best practice along with projects. As the HR Advisor, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Acting as HR Advisor supporting the HR BP teamActing as a linking pin between Admin HR team and the BP'sTaking ownership and responsibility for various cross entity projectsProviding Managers with HR policy and process advice, escalating to BP team where necessaryBuilding/sustaining effective working relationships with the businessAssisting with the implementation of HR deliverables and interventions required to deliver the client group's business planAssisting with Identification of people practices and initiatives to support business aims and culture ensuring alignment with best practiceWorking in partnership with the business and HR colleagues to ensure delivery of services in line with HR strategy and business strategiesFacilitating development of a high performance culture and building organisational capability within the businessSupporting talent activities; identifying development and training needsResponsible for the recruitment of permanent and temporary staffEnsuring Performance Management process is implemented and followedConducting basic disciplinary and grievance meetingsSupport and embed L&D and OD initiativesAssist in annual salary review and bonus process, where appropriateAs the HR advisor, you will possess:CIPDGood knowledge of employment law related mattersStrong customer focusExcellent communication skillsRelevant HR experienceIf this HR Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly or call 02073377691.
