Talent and Leadership Programme Manager - Edinburgh

Outline of job role and purpose

You will play a key role in helping the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service establish itself as a new learning organisation. You will report to the Head of Programmes and will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating a suite of professional development activities that will support staff across the organisation to flourish and adapt effectively to changes in their work. You will work closely with operational staff and managers to provide comprehensive support and guidance to them in matters relating to learning and development and help them to develop strategic solutions to training needs.

Outline of candidate profile

You will bring knowledge, experience and expertise in the area of talent and leadership development and you will be committed to developing creative and innovative learning solutions. You will be skilled and proficient in designing and delivering face to face training and, ideally, have a good knowledge of online and blended training. You will have experience of establishing and managing complex education projects and a proven record of establishing and maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Specify minimum qualification requirements and/or experience required for the post

You will have recognised qualifications or equivalent experience in the field of adult education or learning and development.
