You will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of a people plan, working closely with the senior stakeholders to help facilitate HR projects across the group.

Client Details

Based in Wales, this regional Business Partner role is helping support the acquisition growth activity of the business, whilst managing operational delivery at several key manufacturing sites across South Wales. Working closely with the CEO you will be responsible to support change programmes. As the company is growing at a considerable rate, you will also be responsible for implementing group policies and frameworks.

Description

To be a trusted advisor to the business management teams, driving the people strategy and supporting the delivery of corporate objectives.

Influence, advise and educate managers on the full spectrum of people related issues.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of a people plan together with the wider team and facilitating a number of HR Projects to ensure quality delivery.

Drive HR systems implementation and reporting and utilise data to embed realistic and measurable KPIs across the board.

Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP role.

You will have experience of working in partnership with trade unions, and proven experience in driving and managing change within business.

You will be proactive, with proven ability to build effective relationships quickly across multiple stakeholder groups.
