More specifically, as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Liaising with hiring managers to set expectations and agree recruitment plan
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- Managing agency relationships
- Conducting initial telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews
- Delivering feedback / managing the offer process
- Ad hoc project work
You must have a background in recruitment, ideally end to end and within a financial or professional services organisation. You must also have excellent relationship managment skills as well as high attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines. You must also be a team player and work collaboratively with the wider business to provide support and develop the firms strategy.
