Your new role
You will report into the L&D Manager supporting the full learning life cycle, across the whole organisation. You will carry out training needs analysis and then create learning modules and workshops,in order to deliver the training to fit the needs of individuals or groups of individuals.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven background in L&D and enjoy design and delivery in equal measure. You will be flexible and adaptable and flourish working in a fast paced, demanding environment. You will be able to do some travel to other sites outside of your main base in Merseyside.
