HR Administrator - Enfield - £22-23,000 plus benefits

I am currently working with a commercial organisation where there is a requirement for a permanent HR Administrator to join the team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:-

- Manage all starters and leavers administration and participate in recruitment activity
- Manage all HR policy development and maintain
- Manage all aspects of maternity and paternity
- Advise Managers on all aspects of HR where appropriate
- Take minutes for formal meetings and prepare outcome letters
- Set up interviews
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date

It is essential that you have experience of:-

- Working a similar role within the HR Department
- Self Starter with a hands on tenacious, pragmatic approach
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ability to prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines
