Reward Business Partner - 6 month contract
An exciting opportunity to join a market leading brand with an immediate start for a period of 6 months (possibility of becoming permanent) in the position of Reward Business Partner paying up to £70,000pa + excellent benefits.
Reporting the HR Director this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the Reward Strategy for the business. Responsibilities are expected to include; using information drawn from internal and external sources to improve the understanding and perception of Reward within the business, managing key Reward activities such as the annual salary review and bonus cycle, analysing market data to produce target salaries, ensuring the recognition framework meets the requirements of the business ad making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience in a reward role, with excellent communication skills, and a high level of numeracy. You will be able to work in a complex environment, with multiple stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast paced and challenging business.
