My client, a large Banking organisation are currently looking for an interim Talent Optimisation Specialist to join the business on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, salary £48-55K.

This role is responsible for the creation, implementation and refinement of Talent and Performance Management processes and initiatives. The role will proactively partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to provide advisory and support services in relation to Talent and Performance Management, D&I and Engagement. The role exists to provide support for the business to be able to implement these key people processes (Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion) in such a way that they enable the business to get the best from their people. This role also supports other development interventions as required.

The Talent optimisation team works collaboratively with HR Business Partners to provide consultancy service, advice and support to clients on all aspects of Talent Management, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Planning, Performance, Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion at an organisational, team and individual level. There is a high degree of interaction with clients at all levels and close partnership with other HR Centres of Expertise and with a network of external experts. The Associate, Talent optimisation must understand business strategy and connect this knowledge to implement processes and relevant solutions focused on Talent and Performance Management, D&I and Employee Engagement.

Responsible for providing guidance and proactive support relating to Talent Planning, Performance Management and Employee Engagement and D&I processes and initiatives to more than 2500 staff across the Bank including Resident Offices at all levels. Design, manage and implement processes, projects, programmes and other interventions specifically related to Performance, Talent identification and Succession planning, D&I and Employee Engagement.
