A full time permanent role for an experienced and qualified Occupational health Manager. You will need extensive knowledge of the NHS and ideally acute hospitals, a high degree of organisational skills as the role is managing a team consisting of a Clinical Team Leader and 14 OHA’s/Practice nurses.
They are based over various sites and some work remotely.
The role would include running some clinics to ensure practical OH skills are kept up to date. More time will be spent on training, ensuring company standards are met, attending meetings i.e. infection control, flu planning, contract meetings with clients and service delivery managers.
A high degree of commercial awareness is also required.
There is a requirement to carry out immunisations and venepuncture so you will need to be up to date with training and have been carrying out immunisations and blood tests recently
You base will be either Peterborough & Basildon (potential to be based form home providing you can travel extensively around the area)
Geographical area covered – Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Essex, North London, South East London
FT Monday – Friday 40 hrs – this is not a standard 8.30 – 5.00 role some travel in own time will be required to get to meetings / clinics
