My client, a luxury and high end office space provider are currently recruiting for a collaborative and driven HR Assistant to join their high performing team in London. This role will be to support the People team, People Partners and People Director in all aspects of generalist HR administration. Proactively managing administrative activities. To be the first point of contact for all general HR queries, identifying where the queries can be managed within the team. Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Providing HR generalist support to all members of the People team as required.Managing the internal administrative processes for the People team. To include; offer letters, contracts of employment for all new employees change of terms and conditions letters and other necessary HR documents and correspondence.Creating letters regarding change of T&C's as and when needed, including salary review letters, job title changes, salary changes, end of year letters etc.Identifying and owning improvements in the People processes, as appropriateSupporting the People team with project administration, such as surveys, 360, and engagement surveysActing as the first point of contact in HR department for general enquiriesAttending and taking minutes in disciplinary and grievance meetings as and when requiredInputting probation reviews in management diaries and ensuring they are completed correctly in a timely mannerResponsible for ensuring all employee information forms, P46/5's, and signed contracts are received from New StartersResponsible for regular employee file audits bi-annually and in line with the HR audit spreadsheet paying particular attention to right to work documents, and all related employee documentsResponsible for creating reports from the HR database for various senior managers when requested to include salaries, holidays, right to work documentsIf you are resourceful, have SOME HR experience, are energetic, hardworking and thrive in a creative, collaborative and fast-paced environment you will love working here.
