Learning & Development Advisor
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this inspiring organisation, to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Advisor on a permanent basis, based in either York (preferred), Newcastle or Cambridge.
This newly created, regional role will form part of a brand-new L&D function, tasked with bringing learning 'in house'. Your remit will be to help build (from the ground up) and maintain, a best in class L&D facility, taking responsibility for the Northern and Easton Territories.
Reporting to the L&D Manager and liaising with several key stakeholders, you will provide professional, commercial and creative learning & development support to the Business - identifying training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating of a range of L&D materials (inductions, customer service, soft skills, upskilling - bite size / blended etc). You will also help build the apprenticeship programme and support L&D strategy, initiatives and projects… all whilst ensuring a consistent, reliable and efficient service!
Successful applicants will be bright, energetic and highly motivated, with proven L&D experience gained within a similarly demanding environment. You must have a passion and the confidence to deliver training, a good commercial acumen, as well as a creative and results driven mentality.
As this is a regional role, extensive travel within a multi-site territory will be required.
