Resourcing Partner required - 12 Month FTC - salary up to £45,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading hospitality organisation based near Hemel Hempstead. They require a Resourcing Partner to assist them on a 12 month FTC basis.
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing with dotted lines to the Resourcing Manager and Group General Manager this is a true partnering role and will involve more than just recruitment. You will help to determine the company Resourcing Strategy across the business and help take the business to the next level in regards to their People Plan.

-Determine the best recruitment approaches and methods
-Provide tools and guidance on recruitment practices to ensure the business recruits high quality team members.
-Train managers in how to recruit their teams effectively and professionally giving consideration to the Employer Brand.
-Ensure an effective internal/external talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
-Lead key Resourcing projects such as building a new PSL
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
-Previous in-house recruitment experience
-A good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems - Cornerstone knowledge would be advantageous.
-Experience in Hospitality would be preferred or experience in similar business with a high degree of seasonality and constant change.
-Strong relationship management skills.
-Knowledge and experience in developing best practice recruitment tools.
-Have worked in a fast paced organisation which is led by its core values and is team member focused.
-You will be required to work flexibly to visit sites across the UK when necessary to offer support and build relationships.
-Experience in regional travel / support is preferred.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Resourcing Partner. The salary on offer is between £40,000 and £45,000 + excellent benefits. No car allowance is offered however generous expenses are provided to cover travelling costs.
