HRBP - Financial Services
This growing, entrepreneurial multi-disciplined company based in Central London is seeking an experienced HRBP to report into the Senior HRBP. You will be the business partner for a division of 500 employees. This firm of circa 600 staff is looking to at least double in size in the next 2 years. Business transformation, growth & digitalisation are the key focus. This is a newly created role due to growth.
*Responsible for managing and delivering organisational change within the business areas, which will involve contributing to the development of new programmes/projects and initiatives.
*Build the capability of managers
*Manage all employee relations issues
*Provide advice to the business area on organisational design and re-structuring, supporting the implementation and embedding of changes
*Work closely with the centres of excellence - Recruitment, L&D & Reward teams
*Carry out related HR administration as this role doesn't have specific HR admin support
Essential skills & experience:
*HRBP in Financial Services, Private Equity, Insurance, Property, Fintech or Technology
*Commercial and results focused, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on business strategies and understand how people plans need to align with these.
*Ability to work in an environment of change and ambiguity at times
*Experience of HR business partnering, ideally within both a large complex company and a smaller, fast moving entrepreneurial company.
*Employment law expertise to guide and support managers in employee relations issues and terminations.
*Strong organisational and planning skills; able to multi-task and work under pressure remaining professional and calm.
*Professional and engaging manner. Empathy yet resilience under assertive challenge
*Degree level educated or educational equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified.
*Must be curious and seek to instil automated and digital processes
