A global energy trading firm based in Central London is looking for an HR Manager to join the HR team of 4 people, supporting business of circa 220 employees internationally. Reporting in to the Head of HR, you will work manage all HR generalist / BP activity, supported by an HR Coordinator in a broad role.
More specifically, as an HR Manager within this global energy trading organisation, you will be responsible for managing all HR / people related matters including; employee relations, recruitment, training, policies, talent management, reward and other general HR such as HR projects.
You will be a commercial and articulate HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Consultant ideally who has operated in a global energy trading or small high touch financial service organisation. You will be an accomplished HR generalist who enjoys working as part of a small HR team in a broad role.
