Our client a leading marketing business are looking to hire Tech Recruiter on a 3 month interim contract. This role is based in London and would suit someone from an in-house or agency background.
You will assist with the 360-recruitment cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with hiring manager and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be managing the end to end recruitment process for roles including: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, negotiating rates, utilising the ATS, sourcing and vetting candidates and offer management. You will be targeted to manage the overall candidate experience to ensure a positive experience throughout.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience recruiting for technical IT roles.
