A stand alone HR Manager position, working for a well known brand in Bradford, is available on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a significant growth stage for this organisation.
A well known manufacturing business in Bradford that has over 70 years experience in its chosen field, this business has recently experienced significant growth and has a solid business strategy to continue this growth in to 2025.
As the HR Manager you will have full responsibility for the organisations HR provision from policies and procedures and operational ER issues right through to strategising with the Board of Directors to ensure the business objectives and the people strategy are aligned.
The successful HR Manager will:
- have previously worked in a similar stand alone HR position - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
- have worked in an FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
- work closely with senior stakeholders as well as the shop floor - ESSENTIAL
- hold the CIPD or equivalent qualification - DESIRABLE
This is a permanent position paying up to £45,000 plus benefits, including free parking
