HR Recruitment Administrator
Ashley Kate HR are currently partnering with a growing organisation who are looking to recruit for a newly created HR Recruitment Administrator. This is a part time role - 3 days per week, based in Daventry, initially 6 month FTC, salary - 25-28K (FTE)
This role will be responsible for supporting the creation, implementation and delivery of a recruitment administration service, ensuring close working relationships are established and support is provided at all times.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to-
·Process and manage the recruitment sign off process using the recruitment management system (SAP).
·Daily management of the recruitment management system (SAP) screening CV's and emailing unsuccessful applicants.
·Provide information, advice and support to line managers and colleagues on end to end recruitment to ensure that excellent HR practices are consistently followed.
·Coordinate the recruitment and selection activities and advise and assist line managers and supervisors in the cost effective and timely selection techniques to ensure operational requirements are met.
·Develop excellent working relationships with and co-ordinate the activities of external suppliers (including employment agencies and online job boards), negotiating rates where appropriate.
·Preparation of job adverts both internal and external where required and advertise positions externally on the company website using SAP.
·Support Recruitment and Line Managers with the organisation of interviews and the administration of relevant testing.
·Produce contracts of employment, following up all documentation and ensuring that all on boarding processes are correctly administered including referencing.
·Accurately set up new employees onto the HR System.
·Probation administration including discussing with managers/employees - confirming or managing extensions
·To support Recruitment related projects and assist in their implementation.
·Occasionally supporting the general HR team with admin as required.
·Highly organised with an attention to detail.
·Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
·Strong customer service and interpersonal skill
·Previous experience within a recruitment based role including recruitment software
·Ability to prioritise competing priorities and manage expectations accordingly
