Head of Reward Projects
We are working with a global organisation who reviewing their compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they attract and retain top talent for the business. They are therefore looking to hire an experienced senior-level Reward professional to lead on this transformation programme.
The business is looking to build an effective link between performance and reward and you will be responsible for developing and delivering this strategy – and subsequently putting together training and communication programmes to get buy-in from the business leaders.
To be considered for this role, you will be a strong reward professional who has previous success of taking a project from the drawing board to successful implementation. You will have a commercial mindset and be able to commit to the length of the project.
