Our client, an international leader in the world of electronic FMCG is looking to grow their Human Resources team with a strong HR Generalist. Reporting to one of the Human Resources Partners, you will provide generalist HR support and act as the first point of contact for employees in the BeNe and Nordic region and will liaise with the Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all HR processes
  • Serve as a first level contact for all employees in your region
  • Coordinate and complete all new hire, change and termination processes and documentation
  • Conduct the HR onboarding for new starter and work with HR peers to organize the quarterly EMEA onboarding
  • In charge of all employee benefit administrations (such as; pension and insurances) for the assigned region and third party contact
  • Monitor HR and systems processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain the employee personnel files, including both on-line and hard-copy files
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools (HRIS, Excel, etc.); point out any irregularities
  • Administration of sickness and data analysis (e.g. calculation of sickness %, frequency etc) and first level case management Support the payroll process (in- and output) here applicable
  • Support the recruitment process when needed
  • Coordinate all internal HR communication
  • Support and participate in HR projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field with at least five (5) years of experience and has dealt with multiple Western European countries
  • Fluency in English. Preferably additional language skills in Dutch
  • Experience with HR SAP, understanding of ADP Payroll operations as it pertains to the HR partnership is a plus Strong numerical and analytical skills, combined with good MS Excel knowledge
  • Strong administrative skills (including payroll and benefits administration)
  • Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Independent and proactive attitude
  • Well organized with excellent planning and presentation skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Service oriented
  • Very accurate and precise - you ensure quality in all aspect of your work
