My client has an unique opportunity for an ambitious, driven and very career focussed Senior HR Business Partner. This role will lead you to HR Director in quick succession. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will oversee HR across EMEA. Due to the locations of the client group, you must be able and willing to travel at times - (25%). The roleA true HR Business Partner role, partnering with EMEA, therefore, you will be required and able to travel with the role. You will very much act as right hand person to the HR Director, she is brilliant and an amazing mentor, an inspiring leader and someone you can learn a lot from. It would be highly advantageous for the successful candidate to have worked across EMEA previously. Experience in a medium to large organisation would also be advantageous. Duties will include but are not limited to: Strategic HR business partner to a group of business functionsClient group will likely be around 400 employees with a significant senior population.Partner with these functions to solve strategic People and Organizational related barriers to performanceWork will involve organisation design, senior leadership development and behaviors, talent management, culture.All other generalist HR Business Partnering duties to your client group (e.g. performance management), engagement, ER and other operational HR matters) usually through coordination of matrixed in-country resource or HR shared services (including centers-of-expertise).
