Senior Business Partner
Our client, a leading commercial organisation based in Surrey is currently looking for a pragmatic; solution based Senior HR Business Partner. This role has a strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery focus. Reporting to the People Director, you will partner and support leaders and management across a client group of 200 based in US and EMEA providing them with a comprehensive professional and proactive service across the full HR calendar of events. You will interface with your client groups to understand their business requirements in order to drive change, with a focus on creating a high performance culture and clear accountability. Your objective is to ensure that Managers and Employees are equipped with the necessary information, knowledge and skills to hit their objectives in order to focus on creating a high performance culture and clear accountability.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in business partnering with senior leaders to deliver on strategic and commercially driven people outcomes in a commercial organisation. Excellent working knowledge of up to date employment legislation is required, as well as experience in coaching leaders, and providing advice on complex people matters. Strong engagement and an ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business; coupled with effective interpersonal, leadership, resilience, communication and influencing skills is a must.
