Total Reward Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Total Reward and Payroll Manager, who can play a key role in shaping the creation of my client's Reward strategy. You will work on a people package which will attract and retain the best people in the market.
Based in south Birmingham, you will report into the Head of HR and be a subject matter expert; leading and advising on reward policy and managing annual salary and performance review cycles. This is a stand alone role requiring creative flair and the ability to also manage operational Reward. My client are a niche business within the technology sector who are moving into a significant period of change and you will have an opportunity to work on significant projects.
