Morgan McKinley is looking for a fantastic Recruiter with conversational German. The successful candidate will hire across EMEA and will be focusing predominantly in Germany.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create robust networks and talent pools across a range of skills sets.
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment of a variety of roles across EMEA
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team you will help drive the people strategy by hiring individuals to various projects in a timely manner.
  • Lead the way with innovative recruitment solutions and implement best practice
  • Ensure the candidate experience is excellent every time

Personal Specification:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter working as part of a large global organisation
  • End to end recruitment within EMEA region preferably in Germany.
  • Experience of proactive headhunting
  • Introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results
  • Fluent English and German speaking
