My client due to growth are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to their global organisation. This role is integral to the business growth and will lead the UK team through a period of transformation. As Senior Business Partner you will partner the senior leadership team in the delivery of business performance metrics and the creation of a high-performance culture. You will own and design the UK HR strategy, service and policies ensuring that they align to the Global strategy.

Key responsibilities will include;

Define and manage the recruitment strategy for the UK in line with Group policy to provide a framework to attract and employ the right talent to support business objectives

Define and manage implementation of training and development strategies of training and development strategies for the UK to enable succession planning and improve employee and departmental competency standards

Ensure the HR database for the UK is effectively implemented and utilized optimally

Define and manage the employee relations strategy for the UK to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and unions to maintain effective communications.

Define and manage implementation of the compensation and benefits strategies for the UK in line with group policy

Apply global company vision and value and ensure implementation and active engagement covering systems, practices, policies and procedures

Lead, motivate, support and develop the UK HR team to provide professional world class HR support to the business

Working closely with global peers, the European HRD and group HR Director to participate and lead regional/ global HR project and initiatives
