HR Business Partner
Exciting HR Business Partner role sitting in the digital division of this leading matrix Financial Services organisation. They are seeking a commercially minded and progressive HR professional and a credible and sound business partner. You will be partnering with the whole business, primarily a client group of 500. This is a hands-on role where you will pull upon your broad generalist experience coupled with your business partnering experience, getting involved in shaping driving and leading the people and organisational change agenda. Your objective is to ensure HR strategies and programs are aligned with business goals, act as a change agent and proactively recommend practice changes and innovative approaches to address management and business objectives.
To be successful in this role you will be a HR business partner who has ideally worked in a fast paced and commercial environment, within the technology sector would be an asset. You will have commercial business acumen coupled with a genuine interest in how the business operates, and recommend HR solutions that add value. You will contribute and influence at all levels. You can work autonomously, and have the confidence to build your credibility, as well as influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain objective and diplomatic are essential.
