HR & Reward Manager
I am currently recruiting for a HR & Reward Manager for my client who is a leading International manufacturing business with sizable operations in the UK.
This is a newly created role which will sit as part of the HR Management Team. This person will work both operationally and strategically to review the organisations current Reward strategy and then design / deliver a new flexible benefits portal. This role will lead the full Reward cycle as well as other HR projects.
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role will work in conjunction with the HR Business Partners, Head of HR and HR Director to provide a proactive HR and Reward service to Senior Managers.
The role is based just outside of Stockport and reports in to the UK HR Director. The role is paying £45-55k + package.
