HR Change Project Manager
12 month FTC commencing April/May 2018 - change management project.
My client, a well established and reputable organisation is currently entering a period of change and they are keen to appoint an HR Manager who has strong change management and project management skills gained within a large, diverse environment.
The role requires a confident individual on short notice, who can manage a large scale project and who possesses excellent communication and employee relations skills.
Project Management - plan the project and timelines
Handle and develop communications
Draft rationale and business cases
Lead consultation process - individual meetings and with trade unions
Coordinate HR responses including working with the wider HR Management team
Redundancy package estimates and associated administration
Track finance and people data, ensuring changes are made to HR database
Provide HR advice and support
