Are you an HR Advisor who has international experience and keen to learn? Do you have payroll experience and IT skills? I am working with a leading international energy business who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their small but well-established team.
The role will work closely with the HR Manager, whilst also offering a good level of autonomy. You will be the first line point of contact for all HR queries, oversee recruitment and training administration, support the Payroll for the corporate office (c70 people) and pick up projects aimed at improving HR processes and performance. You will be expected to step up in the absence of the HR Manager and be a great advocate for the HR team within the business. The role will not have a large employee relations focus but exposure to ER would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be an HR Generalist who has hands-on experience of payroll, ideally with an international element, have an analytical mind and is credible in front of senior stakeholders. You will have good knowledge of Excel and be able to work with the Executive and high calibre stakeholders. Ideally you will hold a degree and have started studying for your CIPD. The role will suit a candidate who has worked in a corporate or head office function. Experience of working on right to work/visa applications and with a global workforce would be an advantage.
