An international Retail business, located in Central London. This is a new position within their team in Central London as In-house Recruiter reporting into HR Manager. The Recruiter role has opened up because the company is going from strength to strength and they need an experienced In-house Retail Recruiter to help manage the busy workload for Head Office positions - part time, 3 days per week.
Your new role
This exciting opportunity requires you to communicate with the critical stakeholders within the business and to manage the provision of effective and efficient recruitment and selection, as well as advise on policy and strategy in regards to employee retention, recruitment practices and processes. You will have to connect effectively with people across all levels of the company and ultimately you will have an influence on how the business performs and grows. You will be designing and implementing strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as In-house Recruiter, you will be passionate about recruitment and a self-starter with a can-do attitude. You need Head Office Retail recruitment experience, to be very organised and great at communicating. You are going to manage your own projects, so confidence in your own ability is essential. This is a wonderful chance to use your current knowledge and grow with this globally leading Retail company. You need to have substantial experience in a similar position, as well as having strong induction process knowledge as you will be enhancing this too.
