Interim Benefits Manager
Your new role
Based in the Corporate Head Office of this global business, you will be leading a team of benefits advisers. Your role will be responsible for the management and administration of a range of employee benefits. As a key point of contact for employees, stakeholders and third party advisers, you will ensure that the benefits arrangements are consistent, up to date and relevant across the business. You will also have responsibility for supporting pensions and voluntary benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager who has a track record in managing benefits arrangements. You should also be a strong staff manager, with the ability to lead and influence. As this is a immediate requirement for up to 12 months, candidates should be free on short notice.
