A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Birmingham organisation for an experienced Reward Specialist to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis.
Not for profit industry based in Birmingham.
As the Reward Specialist you will contribute to the design and development reward strategy, recognition and benefits policies and procedures into the business ensuring all communications are as effective and efficient as possible.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive reward experience ideally within the private sector. Having the experience of implementing management bonus scheme and changes to contract of employment. You must have a full in-depth understanding of Flexible Benefits Schemes, and are able to build working relationships with a range of people at all levels.
The Reward Specialist will receive a basic salary of up £54'000K per annum
