Our client is an internationally renowned global American bank. They are seeking an experienced HR strategic Business Partner.
Your new role
This role is a global role as they have offices based in the UK, the USA and Asia. You will be reporting into the global head of HR for asset management. You will be tasked with implementing and coordinating the most effective HR policies and procedures throughout your lines of business. Your responsibilities will include working with the HR team to implement the HR strategy, representing human resources to business leaders, ensuring that the senior management teams and the heads of HR are kept aligned in regards to client and employee issues. You will be in responsible for actively leading this company's employee engagement schemes. You will be tasked with pairing with the talent acquisition partners to manage recruitment activities. One of your responsibilities will include working in proximity with talent and organisation development in order to help integrate the succession management process and performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor's degree. You will also have had extensive previous experience as a strategic business partner, within the financial industries, and have helped managed a variety of HR functions such as talent acquisition, career development and performance management. You will also be required to have demonstrated excellent project management skills and have an excellent track record of keeping to tight stringent deadlines.
