Talent Acquisition Manager
We have partnered with a leading global confectionary business who are looking to bring in a great Talent Acquisition Manager into their Head Office. Working closely with managers and the wider HR team, you will shape and implement processes for your region, design and lead the employer branding and marketing and take the lead on Head Office recruitment.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, the role will be a mix of hands-on operational recruitment and strategic projects, including EVP, candidate experience and review the ATS. You will be an SME for recruitment and coach and advise managers on process and best practice, develop a strategy to attract quality talent and review assessment, talent pipelines and use of technology. There is a big focus on employee branding and marketing to make the business an employer of choice across the market. Due to the nature of the business, there is a temporary and seasonal worker contingent so a robust process needs to be in place to ensure a compliant and flexible workforce can meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a high performing recruitment function and have a strong working knowledge of sourcing and TA methodologies. As a key partner to the business, you will be able to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, have a proven ability of direct sourcing at all levels and show a passion for a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. You will have worked on a successful ATS implementation and have a strong online presence to evidence employee branding.
