HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner to join a fantastic organisation implementing and leading change within a business unit
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute HR Business Partner to join an fantastic organisation. This is a key strategic HR Business Partner role supporting leaders and working alongside line managers to bring the strategy to life. Collaborating, coaching, challenging; you will have the experience and credibility to act as a sounding board on all people management issues ideally with sound experience of change management.
- Build strong relationships with leadership team of business unit
- Lead on and enable OD strategy
- Take a lead on a variety of people management issues including organisational change, restructures, performance, learning & development, employment law, stress, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement
This role will require travel in the UK and Ireland so candidates will need to be happy and willing to travel, with overnight stays. This will be at least 3 planned overnight stays a month plus travelling as the business need arises.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will need to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial savvy, coupled with pragmatism, resilience and empathy to deliver what the people strategy. The ability to develop relationships, work effectively with stakeholders, and influence how business plans are put into practice will be key to their success
Were seeking HR Business Partner experiences within complex organisations with a background across all areas of HR from ER, Change and Learning & Development.
CIPD Qualified Ideally Chartered MCIPD
What you'll get in return
Salary will be from £47,000 pa commensurate with professional experience. Flexible working patterns will be considered but the hours will need to be full time at 37 hours per week.
