Our client is looking for an ambitious and innovative Recruitment Advisor to join their HR and Recruitment services team to continue to develop and drive this specialist consultancy service forward. You will be joining an organisation dedicated to improving standards of education across over 500 schools and academies. They provide bespoke school improvement services to help raise pupil achievement and improve the quality of teaching.

This is a recruitment role with a difference! As part of the HR and Recruitment team you will deliver bespoke solutions and strategies on attracting and delivering high calibre candidates to schools. You will work in calibration with individual schools to create effective recruitment plans supporting and facilitating through the full end to end recruitment process. Working from campaign to appointment both remotely and onsite. You will offer a professional and consultative approach ensuring the services offered are relevant, robust and legally compliant and represent the organisations already high standards of delivery.
You will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent or a similar role and display the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. You will be commercially minded person who enjoys developing new tools and products to expand the recruitment offering and portfolio of schools. You will either have a CIPD or working towards it or equivalent and have an up to date understanding of safer recruitment legislation. This role would suit some one with experience working in the public, education or not for profit sectors although not essential and worked within agency or inhouse recruitment roles.
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is essential.
