This will be a truly generalist role and will require a hands on HR professional with at least 3 years experience as an HR Generalist.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruitment. End to end management of the recruitment processes, creating and posting job descriptions, liaising with agencies, interviews, new starters documents, and background checks.
- HR Data. Maintain and formalise employee training systems and track holiday and absence requests.
- HR Policies. Ensure all HR documentation (manuals and policies) are in line with current legislation
- Employee Relations. Ensure any grievances or disciplinaries are conducted in line with regulation, la and the companies policies.
- Performance management
This role will also be responsible for all Health and Safety compliance.
You will need to have strong communication skill, high attention to detail, proactive attitude, and be a self starter able to work with autonomy.
