LMA's client, a global hospitality business with a fantastic reputation, are on the search for an interim Reward Analyst to join their team, starting around the 16th April.
The Reward Analyst will help to manage the company's job evaluation process whilst providing guidance to the wider HR team as required. Assisting with benchmarking will be a large part of the role as well as providing information to industry salary surveys including Mercer and Towers Watson.
You will provide support to the Reward team by analysing employee data and carrying out market research to assist in the development of the Reward and People strategy. The successful candidate will use software such as Workday, SD Worx and Facility Scheduler to provide meaningful insights into working patterns.
Experience of working in reward, excellent computer skills and a passion for working effectively with numbers and figures are some of the things that will aid your application. Attention to detail is very important and this role will require you to manage several projects simultaneously.
