Training & Competence Specialist
We are currently working with an International Bank who are looking to recruit a Training & Competence Specialist to join them. The role is initially on an interim/ FTC basis but the potential to become permanent.
Whilst the role is initially focussed on Training & Competence in relation into their FCA regulation/ banking license compliance they are looking for someone who can support the wider L&D agenda as well.
You will be expected to undertake a full review of their T&C scheme – identifying where changes need to occur, and ensure that those developments occur and the workforce is aware of these changes.
You will also work closely with the Head of L&D to design and develop a competency framework as well as undertaking assessments of any training gaps for the business.
To be considered for this position, you will have a Training & Development background from a UK banking environment. You will have experience of developing T&C schemes and will have a sound knowledge of UK regulatory rules.
