6 month FTCOur client, a well-known, global brand within the technology space, are seeking an experienced in-house recruiter who has worked within an HR team, able to provide a first-class recruitment service to their internal stakeholders.This role requires an individual contributor who is professional, results-driven, exceptionally organised and strong at administration, and is able to work at a fast-pace and deliver excellent results in short time frames. You will need to be able to attract and engage with the best talent to enable the business to meet its objective. Further to this, you will need to be able to work as a member of the HR team and may be required at times to assist with elements of the HR work.Key Responsibilities:Management of the full end to end resourcing process (attraction and selection strategy and delivery through to hire and aftercare)Manage and execute recruitment strategy for all permanent, contract and temporary staffWork closely with hiring managers and project leads to fully understand recruitment requirementsDraft and amend job descriptionsAnalyse and select appropriate recruitment channels (direct, indirect, agency or a combination of each)Source candidates directly through employee referrals, web databases and headhunting (direct approach) via on and off-line social networkingArrange and facilitate Assessment Centres as requiredInterview scheduling and diary managementCV screening, applicant testing and interviewingSalary negotiation and managing offer processReporting on recruitment metricsMarket and competitor analysisAssisting the HR team with various HR projects and/or workloadKey Skills Required:Significant in-house recruitment experience across the full end to end lifecycle of recruitmentExperience in IT / high-tech industriesStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent interviewing skills and strong written and verbal communication skillsGood analytical and creative thinking skills, a proven ability to think laterally to solve problems and to communicate ideas wellAbility to work in a highly demanding team environment with the flexibility to respond as required to request and deadlinesExperience of working within and as a part of a HR teamPrevious HR knowledge and experienceTo be considered for this role you must be immediately available.
