Oakleaf Partnership are working with an exciting consumer goods business based in Central London. The HR Manager will look after the London operations to provide a commercially focussed HR services to the London business. The HR Manager will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge on UK employment law and experience working as a HR generalist. The ability to work with Directors and Senior Management is imperative for this role so this will need to be a key focus of the successful individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure policy and procedure comply with UK legislation and best practise

Implement and communicate employment legislation changes to all managers within the business in line with the London site

Ensure employment contracts are reviewed and updated

Support and advice the managers on good practise in recruitment and selection

Develop and implement HR Strategy with enhances engagement

Review the recruitment needs within the business and ensure the development of job descriptions

Organisational Change

Review all training and development and staff engagement
