Interim Training & Development Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Development Manager to join our client in their Bromley office on an interim basis for approximately 13 months to over maternity .
You would join a business that truly puts people at the forefront, both employees and customers. This role is reporting into the Head of HR, is vital to support the business to achieve its strategic goals and vision. Leading a team of 2 you will be partnering closely with both head office and field management throughout the UK.
A key focus will be to ensure that training needs are met in line with commercial and business requirements, focusing primarily on ensuring an excellent customer experience and comprehensive management development within the company.
We are looking for candidates with the following;
- Proven experience of designing and delivering training programmes, with tangible results
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within the organisation
- You will ideally have 5 year's previous experience as a Training Manager within the professional services sector
- 35 hour working week
- Above average bonus scheme
