HR Business Partner
As HR Business Partner you will work autonomously with the SMT of a specific division aligning the people strategy to their business goals.
You will work with trade unions as well as the wider HR team on additional projects including the digitalisation across the Business.
A large, global manufacturing business based in Warwickshire.
As HR Business Partner you will work closely with the SMT of the Division, reporting into the HR Director and playing a key role on the wider HR Business Partner team.
You will work closely with trade unions and the business leaders to understand key business issues and priorities.
This is a generalist role looking at employee relations, recruitment, talent & succession, leadership development and engagement. In addition you will also be pivotal in the company-wide digitalisation, in particular related to recruitment, talent management, on-boarding, training & development and succession.
Responsible for the planning and execution of organisation redesign projects linked to business restructuring.
Supporting the development and delivery of corporate HR projects & initiatives as well as change related programmes.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting and coaching managers on all aspects of HR, producing HR reports and analysing trends/themes to use in the development of action plans.
Working closely with HR support functions.
To be considered for this fantastic HR Business Partner opportunity you must have proven experience as an HR generalist where you have played a role in digital transformation relating to the People strategy. You must also be confident in dealing with and building relationships with trade unions as well as resilience and sound influencing skills.
In addition you must be a team player with a sense of humour and a practical approach to HR in respect of policies and advice. You will also be ambitious and have a desire for continued development and possible progression.
A degree & CIPD qualification are essential.
Experience in the Logistics sector would be ideal although not essential.
Up to £55k + car + bonus
