Reward Manager for Small Friendly Team

They looking to enhance their Rewards solutions in London and Internationally, with the long term goal of becoming a globally recognised leader in their field. To do this they are looking for someone who will support the Head of Reward and HR team in executing the strategic framework. This will involve you being the first point of contact across the business and with HR, taking a lead role in managing the production of the annual salary reviews, as well as advising on improvements or efficiencies with the existing systems where appropriate.
The role reports into the Head of Reward, who is highly regarded and described by the rest of the team as a real pleasure to work with. They are looking for someone who is technically very competent, but most importantly able to be credible in what is essentially very much a client facing role. The Head of Reward will be a great mentor as his knowledge and experience is outstanding. He has a great deal of energy and passion and is highly respected within the business as well as the wider HR team as the 'go to' person for advice.
You would have line management responsibility for a small team who are a highly intelligent and driven group of individuals from the bottom to the top. All of whom are very friendly and approachable.
