One of our clients, a growing Kent-based SME, is expanding their progressive HR Department and are now seeking an experienced generalist to join their team.

Description

This will be a generalist role suited to an experienced HR Assistant or HR Officer with strong skills in systems, reporting, onboarding and offboarding, absence management, and supporting operations including employee relations.

Profile

CIPD qualification is ideal but not essential. You will have experience in a generalist role or a mixed HR & Payroll background. You must be immediately available and highly adaptable in a fast paced environment.
