Recruitment Engagement Manager
Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working in conjunction with a well-established professional services organisation who are seeking to add an Engagement Manager to their existing recruitment team.
This is a key role for the business whereby you will be matching the candidates to the right opportunities whilst maintaining the best possible experience for all parties involved.
You will be part of the engagement team of 8 so you will have plenty of support but will need to be experienced of working independently to get things done.
The main duties of this role will include - building strong relationships with the candidates to match them to the right client opportunities, drafting bespoke proposals quickly and efficiently, acting as an ambassador when welcoming new starters to the team, developing an in-depth knowledge of the candidate's experience and background and helping to drive the recruitment and resourcing strategy.
You will be able to display evidence of working innovatively and be able to think outside the box when attracting top talent.
The ideal candidate will be
- You will need to be a seasoned recruiter, ideally from a professional services background.
- Have a consultative approach with the ability and skills to gain confidence from high level professionals.
- Ability to lead, manage and influence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
