HR & Recruitment Officer
Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide generalist HR support to the business and will manage recruitment during this period of growth.
Our client is a well established business who is going through a period of growth and therefore requires additional resource within the HR team.
As HR and Recruitment Advisor you will provide generalist support which will include processing new starters and leavers, and advising managers on policy and procedures as well as managing ER cases . As the business is growing, recruitment will be a large focus of the role and so you will also be required to manage end to end recruitment processes, working with agencies as required and managing the process through to induction.
Due to the growth and change within the business there are a number of key projects that they are looking to run and so they would also like this person to support the HR Director with any project work - this may include GDPR and looking at new HR systems.
You will have a generalist HR background with previous exposure to advisory work as well as HR projects and recruitment.
Salary - up to £35,000
